Look Both Ways.

FOR A BETTER LOOK, CLICK TO ENLARGE ANY PHOTO

Sometimes when we see a beautiful sunset, we tend to focus on the magnificence of the dipping orb. But often, when you turn and look the opposite direction, the golden beams of the setting sun, cast a glorious hue on everything.
This was taken from the same spot, same time as yesterdays post. However it is taken looking east, the opposite of yesterdays picture.

Yesterdays and todays photos are both stunning. Beautiful scenery! Thanks for dropping by my photo a day blog!

You're quite right. Both views are equally lovely though in different ways. I prefer this one as I have a weakness for the mellow richness of the colours.
Thanks for the visit and comment.

Susan, that's a beautiful photo. I'll use that as a desktop picture (if you don't mind :-) ).

Two stunning views but for myself I prefer the earlier one -- it might be because I find the orange(? -- I do suffer from Daltonism) a bit too much in the second.

This photo looks like a watercolor. I really like it. It would make a great notecard.

Great photos Susan, especially the previous one. I like the cool colours, but this one has that golden glow when we see these objects in the sunset. Your photos are getting better and better. I collect your best ones on my computer :-)

I have images of that group of trees too!

It's along the Alouette River. Nice shot though.
