Your daily dose of Maple Ridge and Greater Vancouver, BC.
Oh I love this time of year! When I was growing up we often had duck's nests in our yard (we lived near a pond). A great photo that brings back many fond memories.
I like ducks in the water but not on my front yard. They used to hatch eggs there and then in a day or two tried to go through many lawns, down many streets, up and down curbs to get to the water in the local creek. Along the way these little guys fell in the storm sewers, got run over by cars and who knows. I love ducks in the water and I don't like to see them on a restaurant menu. That is almost like me tryin to even think about eating dog. I love dogs and have had them all of my life but could not think about eating one.I like your photography a lot.Abraham LincolnBrookville Daily Photo
No alligators around, I presume? ;-)
Wouldn't it be nice to swim around so easily, and so gracefully?
