Skywatch Friday

These boots were made for ....hanging on telephone lines?

I often see shoes flung

up on the overhead wires. These look like good workboots. Set off so nicely against a blue Maple Ridge sky.

Why do people do that with their shoes I wonder? You see it often?!

Those look like pretty nice boots to have tossed. Must be a story there...

We see the same shoes in the middle of the road, always one single one...wouldn't you think they'd be missed? LOL!

I have read that a pair of shoes hanging on the power lines indicate drug traffic nearby. The type of shoe signals the buyer the type of drug available.
That's why we seen so many of them in the last couple of years and why so many of the shoes look to be in fairly good condition.
