Some are mounted on top of the bridge and fool the unsuspecting eye into believing they are actual raptors at first glance.
This particular sculpture is on the south side of the bridge, on the Langley approach to the Golden Ears.
I'd say it may have a wingspan of about 10 feet, maybe more..

Incredible sculptures! Do you know the name of the artist who made them? I look every day live in a real nest of Bald Eagles in Canada. great to watch how the parents take care for their baby.
