What happens when they meet a dog?
I don't think I have ever seen a cat on a lease. Nice. I think they should be subject to the same laws that dogs are. But not enough people feel that way so dog license here supports cats as well in the animals shelters.

I love this! I really want to get my cat to go for walks - he's got SO MUCH kitten energy I think it would help...but I'm still trying to get him comfortable enough in the harness to try putting him on a leash.
