Your daily dose of Maple Ridge and Greater Vancouver, BC.
they are beautiful, whether we call them weeds or not. :)
oh, simply Lovely!you know what? i have no idea that they emerged to dandelion clocks which i caught a shot of this morning
They're so beautiful and your photo really nice.
Thanks for visiting my post and commenting about life and death. And what do I see? A field of dandelions. A flower imported from Europe, a long time ago, like starlings and sparrows, it has made itself welcome or unwelcome everywhere across the United States. It is good for wine making and the leaves are delicious as salad greens and it can be cooked like spinnach. I love them for these reasons and because they are a good source of food for so many insects.Your photo is just great. Thanks again. I really appreciate your visits.
This is breathtaking-reminds me of the opening shot from Sound of Music!
Great shot, Susan... Glad you pulled it out of your archives...
saw a few in the lawn the other day yesterday counted 27 now they are two inches high and the daffodils are dieing off
