Busy Lizzy

Known in Canada as Impatience. This is one of my favorite annuals. This shade loving plant brightens up the dark parts of the garden with its abundant blossoms and gay colours.

At first i thought there were bees in the center of the flowers. Very pretty and I love all the colors impatients come in.

I missed 4 posts but you know why :-)
These flowers are called in Holland: "Vlijtig Liesje", in fact it means the same.

It's known in the US as impatiens.

I imagine I'd call it impatience if I had to go through a long cold winter before I could see them bloom.

I posted once previously that I was flower knowledge challenged. So when you share a photo and a flower name this helps in my efforts to overcome this handicap ... Thank you.
