nice flag and seems to be explicit. in Paris there is a blazon and a latin device : "Fluctuat Nec Mergitur" wich means (approximatively, sorry) "beaten by the waters but not sinked
Yes, it is a nice flag. Unfortunately we don't have our city flag.
Yes, Minnesota like most US states has its own flag, also. I appreciate the flag link. Your flag is very nice, as is your country's flag, also. Put our flag out today but totally forgot in terms of blogging!!
